Poems by Arlo White

MIRROR

When You Turn Around
You See Nothing
You See Me

I’m The Reflection

You Cannot Hide
From The Truth
I Show You

I Am You

~*~

EARTHMAN

Earthman
Lonely Man
Standing In The Sun

RANDOM MOVEMENTS

Random Movements
Make Me Nervous

In The Shadows
At The Circus

~*~

SOCK MONKEY VS. SEA MONKEY

Sock Monkey vs. Sea Monkey
Well I Know It Sounds Funny
But It’s really
Quite A Terrible Mess
They’re Gonna Rip My Mother’s Dress

Well It’s One For The Ages
Two Lines Of Blow And I’ve Got A Story To Tell
I’m Sure That You Don’t Know
I Won’t tell It Well

~*~

LUNA SMILES

Luna Smiles
When She Walks
Whispers To Herself
When She talks
Call To Her
She Can’t Hear You

~*~

MEXICAN FLOWERS

Mexican Flowers
On The Lawn
Telling Me Things
I’ve Never Known

~*~

SAINTS AND SINNERS

Saints And Sinners
Think They’re Something To See
But They Aint Shit To Me
And Don’t Try To Save Me

——————————————–
If You Ever Loved Me Lord
Love Me Now
————————————

It Seems
I’ve Gone And Done
Something Bad

Sometimes I Wish
I Never Had

————————————-

If You Ever Loved Me Lord
Love Me Now

~*~

JUST A (MAN)

I’m Just A Man
I’m Just A Man

I’ve Got Plans And Dreams Of My Own Baby

Fortunes In Delusions
Voices Calling Me Home

Swimming In The Dark
Rebellion In The Shark Tank

I Am Just A Man
